Sunset Park Education in Action Community School: a new school for Sunset Park
We are a small planning team consisting of community residents and allies seeking to facilitate the design of a new public middle school (grades 6-8) in Sunset Park. The driving force behind this project is a belief that community-based schools better serve students and other neighborhood residents. We want to create a school where students are active participants in the process of learning.
